Description

Graviera Smoked is a traditional hard Greek cheese made from sheep’s milk or a sheep–goat milk blend, carefully smoked to enhance its natural character. After the graviera has matured, it is exposed to gentle natural smoking, which gives the cheese its distinctive golden-brown rind and rich aroma without overpowering its original flavor.
